Nicholas M. Frost

An experienced advisor at the intersection of estate planning and counseling businesses, Nick brings a valuable base of knowledge to working with clients.

While practicing in Chicago and Portland, Nick built a sturdy foundation in complex commercial financial transactions which augments his focused experience on estate and business planning. He has represented clients of all sizes, including publicly traded companies, non-profit entities, privately held family businesses, and individuals.

After moving to Oregon from the Midwest over a decade ago, Nick has settled in the local community where he and his wife now raise their two children. He is a member of the Eugene Estate Planning Council and the Eugene Springfield Tax Association, and regularly presents on trusts, estates, and business planning topics.  He also is a past member of the Executive Committee of the Oregon State Bar’s Estate Planning and Administration section and has taught as an adjunct instructor at the University of Oregon School of Law. He is a committee member and past Board member of the United Way of Lane County.
