Bryon L. Land

Bryon has extensive experience and expertise advising clients on business sales and acquisitions, entity formation, individual and entity taxation, estate planning for individuals and business owners and estate/trust administration matters. In addition, he has been involved in representing taxpayers in disputes with the IRS and state taxing agencies concerning employment, income, gift and estate tax issues.

Bryon’s personal interests include physical fitness, golf and spending time with family. In addition, he supports various charitable organizations focused on providing mentorship to young children.

AREAS OF EXPERTISE

Bryon is involved in all aspects of the estate and business succession planning process, including helping to develop an overall lifetime and post-death plan for the administration and disposition of a person’s assets and/or business interests and effectuating a tax-efficient process for accomplishing the client’s objectives in these important areas.

In business sales or acquisitions, Bryon assists in the negotiation, review, analysis and drafting of all pertinent transaction documents to achieve the best possible results from a tax and administration standpoint.
