Alexandra P. Hilsher

Ali represents businesses and individuals in all stages of litigation, including early dispute resolution, discovery, motion practice, trial/arbitration, and appeals. She has litigated cases on behalf of plaintiffs and defendants in state and federal courts and in arbitration.

Clients rely on Ali’s pragmatic and detail-oriented approach to help them evaluate their goals and develop a litigation strategy tailored to their specific needs.

Ali has extensive experience handling complex legal issues. Prior to joining Hershner Hunter, Ali clerked for the Honorable Timothy J. Sercombe of the Oregon Court of Appeals, where she researched and drafted appellate opinions in a wide variety of civil, administrative, and criminal cases. That experience has translated seamlessly to her work at Hershner Hunter, where she has been advising clients through challenging litigation for years.

Outside of the office, Ali enjoys rooting for University of Oregon athletic teams, listening to podcasts, and spending time outdoors with her family.
