Mat focuses on business litigation. He has a diverse litigation background shaped by judicial clerkships at the state trial court, state supreme court, and federal district court levels in Utah, Montana, and Nevada, and has also represented plaintiffs in complex civil litigation. Mat is licensed to practice in Utah and is provisionally licensed in Oregon while completing the licensure process.

Mat prides himself on a client-oriented approach to his work and enjoys helping clients approach and solve problems in a practical manner. Outside of the office, Mat enjoys spending time with his family, often adventuring outdoors or rooting on their favorite athletic teams.
