Elizabeth works with clients to resolve their complicated employment issues and disputes. Elizabeth provides comprehensive advice to employers of all sizes, including advising on drafting and implementing employment policies, preventing and addressing workplace harassment and discrimination, guiding employers through disciplinary actions and terminations, conducting workplace investigations, and providing tailored trainings on these topics. Elizabeth also represents employers in court, mediations, arbitrations, and before administrative agencies.

Elizabeth joined Hershner Hunter in 2021 after working as a litigator at a prominent firm in Salt Lake City, Utah. Elizabeth earned her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law. While in law school, Elizabeth externed for the Honorable Mustafa T. Kasubhai when he served as a United States Magistrate Judge for the District of Oregon.

Outside of law, Elizabeth enjoys gardening, home improvement projects, experimenting with new recipes, taking spin classes, and spending time with her partner and their dog.
