After a lease is terminated or a foreclosure is completed, the final step is to obtain possession of the property. Oregon’s Residential Landlord Tenant Act places numerous requirements on landlords before they can evict a tenant from a property. Our attorneys have substantial experience both advising landlords on their obligations under the law and obtaining possession of property following termination of a lease.
