Kelsi supports Oregon businesses by advising them on real property matters, buying or selling a business, and other transactional and organizational matters. As a jack of all trades in business transactions law, Kelsi looks forward to building long-term relationships with clients and meeting the business’ various legal needs.
Kelsi earned her law degree from the University of Oregon School of Law and is a member of the Order of the Coif national honor society. Before law school, she earned a master’s degree in history from the University of Nevada, Reno.
Kelsi and her partner, Jeremy, are avid cinephiles and can often be found at Eugene’s Broadway Metro or Art House. She is an active member and director of the CLF Network (formerly Eugene Active 20/30) and enjoys volunteering with various organizations across Lane County celebrating and supporting our next generation. She also enjoys exploring the Oregon coast, taking the train anywhere, and hammocking along the river.
