Elaina helps businesses and business owners plan for the future, protect their assets and navigate various types of business transactions. Elaina began her legal career at a boutique Lake Oswego firm focused on ownership succession planning and business litigation, where she advised small and midsize business owners planning for ownership changes.

Elaina earned her law degree from the University of San Diego School of Law in 2021, electing to specialize in Business and Corporate Law. While in law school, she externed for the Honorable Terry O’Rourke at the California Court of Appeal and clerked at two San Diego litigation firms handling a range of business disputes.

As a native Oregonian, Elaina enjoys outdoor activities, including kayaking, hiking, trail running, camping, gardening, attending sporting events, and swimming with her two chocolate labs. On the rare occasion she’s indoors, you can find her watching baseball, making pasta from scratch, or losing at trivia with her trivia team.
