Andy has been providing employment, healthcare, and general business advice to clients throughout the Northwest since he joined Hershner Hunter in 1991.

Andy’s ability to turn complex problems into manageable solutions, and to explain technical legal issues in ways that are easy to understand, has made Andy a trusted and valuable advisor to a wide range of businesses, from small employers to multi-national corporations. Andy is also involved in shaping Oregon’s employment and healthcare legislation, and is a frequent speaker and writer on business law topics.

In his free time Andy builds furniture, surfs, and is a competitive swimmer. He also enjoys traveling, playing guitar, and spending time with his wife and dog.
