Todd graduated from the U of O School of Law in 1999 and joined Hershner Hunter in 2005. He has been a litigation attorney in Eugene since 1999, specializing in business law, business and commercial litigation, construction disputes and real property disputes.
Todd is currently a member of the Oregon State and Federal Bars, is actively involved with Lane County Legal Aid, serves as a coach for Springfield High School mock trial and is a guest speaker at the University of Oregon School of Law on career and employment topics. Todd has written several articles including, “The Role of International Equity in a Sustainable Future, The Continuing Problem of Third World Debt and Development” 6 Buff. Envir.L.J.1, 35 (1998) and “Redefining the Economic Loss Rule, The Oregon Courts’ Progress Toward Limiting the Scope of Negligence Liability,” Litigation Journal, Vol. 23, No. 3 (2004).
