Todd graduated from the U of O School of Law in 1999 and joined Hershner Hunter in 2005.  He has been a litigation attorney in Eugene since 1999, specializing in business and commercial litigation, environmental law, construction disputes and real property disputes.

Todd is a member of the Oregon State and Federal Bars, is a Lane County Planning Commissioner, has formerly been involved with Lane County Legal Aid, served as a coach for Springfield High School mock trial and is a regular speaker at the University of Oregon School of Law on various litigation topics.  Todd has written several articles including, “The Role of International Equity in a Sustainable Future, The Continuing Problem of Third World Debt and Development” 6 Buff. Envir.L.J.1, 35 (1998) and “Redefining the Economic Loss Rule, The Oregon Courts’ Progress Toward Limiting the Scope of Negligence Liability,” Litigation Journal, Vol. 23, No. 3 (2004).

Todd has been extremely successful in litigating corporate and commercial disputes and has recently served as general counsel and national litigation manager for a large manufacturing client.
