Pat has over 20 years’ experience advising business and real estate clients, first in San Francisco and for more than 15 years in Eugene. She serves as counsel to individuals, businesses and non-profit organizations throughout the state with local business and real estate interests, with an emphasis on family-owned and other closely held businesses.
Active in various business and civic organizations, Pat is the past Chair of the Real Estate/Land Use Section of the Oregon State Bar, Chair-Elect of the Executive Committee of the Business Law Section of the Oregon State Bar, and a member and past president of the Town Club of Eugene and the Eugene-Springfield Tax Association.
Pat and her husband, John, enjoy Oregon’s outdoor offerings, skiing in winter and spending time at Crescent Lake in summer. She also spends her leisure time reading, gardening, cooking and attending University of Oregon athletic events.
