Nancy, a native Oregonian, joined Hershner Hunter in 1990. She is the Chair of the Creditors’ Rights Practice Group and is admitted to practice law in Oregon and Washington. She routinely speaks to industry groups on credit-related issues and represents many financial institutions and other creditors in state and federal court.
Her practice includes resolution of all types of commercial disputes, nonjudicial foreclosures, judicial foreclosures of both real and personal property, foreclosure of security interests, creditor bankruptcy issues, unsecured collections, landlord-tenant disputes, and construction disputes. She is on the Board of Directors of the Construction Financial Management Association and a member of the Oregon State Bar Debtor-Creditor Section.
She and her husband, David, have two sons, Brinton and Ty.
