Mario joined Hershner Hunter in 2007 and focuses his practice in the area of litigation.  He clerked for the firm in the summer of 2006.  Mario has successfully handled all aspects of a wide range of business and employment disputes.

Mario is a member of the Oregon State Bar.  While in law school, he was an Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review, served on the Moot Court Board, and worked as a tutor for first-year law students in Legal Research and Writing.  Since graduation, Mario has been invited back to the U of O Law School to speak on litigation topics.

Mario and his wife, Holly, are natives of California’s Sacramento Valley.
