With his wealth of experience, Paul assisted businesses and individuals in a wide variety of transactions, including real estate and business sales and acquisitions, leasing, financing, and construction contracting. He also advised property owners and developers regarding all types of real estate development and land use matters.

As a result of his exemplary work in these areas, Paul has been recognized by his peers for professional excellence, earning a AV Preeminent Rating, the highest rating in Martindale-Hubbell Peer Review Ratings, and also by his inclusion in The Best Lawyers in America.

Paul, his wife, and daughter reside in Eugene and love traveling around Oregon and to faraway places, including Australia and New Zealand. An accomplished musician, Paul plays a variety of wind, stringed, and keyboard instruments, and he served on Board of Directors of the Eugene Symphony Association for 18 years. He also enjoys hiking, bicycling, and reading books and articles on various scientific subjects.
